About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Luxury Sales Associate, B&B Italia & Cassina – Commission Based to join us. These globally renowned Italian brands are synonymous with innovation, timeless design, and exceptional craftsmanship—making this a rare opportunity to represent some of the most prestigious names in the luxury furniture world.
This is more than a sales position—it’s a trusted client advisory role that blends deep product expertise, refined design sensibility, and a passion for delivering an unparalleled luxury experience. You’ll partner with interior designers, architects, and discerning clients to curate tailored solutions, while building long-term relationships that drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through strategic outreach, networking, and proactive client engagement
Leverage your expertise to introduce clients to the B&B Italia and Cassina collections, educating them on design, heritage, and craftsmanship
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with trade professionals, including designers, architects, and builders
Create and execute personalized sales plans aligned with Elte’s growth strategy
Client Experience & Relationship Management
Act as a trusted advisor, listening to client needs and offering curated design solutions
Deliver a white-glove experience from initial consultation to post-sale follow-up
Conduct in-person meetings both in-showroom and at client offices, homes, or project sites
Maintain an exceptional showroom experience that reflects both Elte’s and the brands’ prestige
Showroom & Brand Representation
Champion the visual and experiential presentation of B&B Italia and Cassina within the showroom
Represent the brands at trade events, vendor visits, and networking opportunities
Support weekend and event sales initiatives as needed.
Sales Strategy & CRM
Manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking of opportunities and follow-ups
Continuously analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve results
Ensure the brand presence and client experience are consistently elevated and aligned with luxury retail standards
Requirements
Experience
5+ years of proven success in commission-based luxury sales, ideally in high-end furniture or interior design
Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and building repeat clientele
Experience working with trade professionals and navigating relationship-based selling
Skills & Attributes
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, confident in advising high-net-worth clients
Strong relationship builder with a solutions-oriented mindset
Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working autonomously
Passion for modern design, Italian craftsmanship, and luxury living
Tech & Logistics
Proficient with CRM tools; Salesforce experience strongly preferred
Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
Flexible to accommodate client schedules and weekend availability
